The breakfast buffet features a wide range of options that cater to diverse tastes, including some really good dishes that stand out. The nearby dining experience-especially at the Japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor-was surprisingly good.
The air conditioning needed some tweaking. It struggled to provide sufficient cooling even on higher settings, leading to a few uncomfortable moments. The bathtub showed noticeable signs of wear and age, and the in-room doors could definitely use some updating to enhance the overall impression of the room.

I had pleasant stay, the place is well-maintained and 1st class!
Everything was very good, exceptional service, unbeatable location close enough to old areas & new areas as well as Park Royal over many years. The room itself was new-fashioned and neat with a cake, the daily breakfast, a comfortable kingsize bed as advertised. I spent 1 night here and truly enjoyed that.

Oh man, the grilled fish at the hotel is a game changer! It's like a culinary adventure right there at Park Royal. The staff were not just attentive, they genuinely. And let's not forget about the awesome gym facilities. I had a blast using them after my foodie escapades!
I did hit a few bumps when the internet decided to take a break now and then, but honestly, everything else was shining bright enough that it didn't really matter.

good experience but room needs improvement
The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the famous pagodas and markets. Staff members were friendly, especially the concierge. The city view from my room was fine.
The room could use some updates in terms of decor and amenities.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, helped in all matters, excellent and varied breakfast, lots of fruit, classic and local food. Quick wi-fi. Comfortable beds.
At early check out, almost empty lunch box. Water, a piece of bread, and a couple of pieces of fruit.

Airy room, with a clean bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent facilities. Location close enough to three supermarkets, Yangon main rail station, 2 circle line train stations, several restaurant choices.

Just an excellent fit for a weekend getaway in Yangon with excellent value for money. The front desk staff were really accommodating when I checked in late at 3 AM. Make sure to check the breakfast hours to avoid the rush.

Very comfortable, somewhat aged, but well maintained. Staff very courteous. Especially the "Kellerbar" with live music was good. It is centrally located, all excursions could be booked at short notice in the hotel,

It's a good hotel, though it is not a new one. Conveniently located relative to the market and Sule.
With the price of the hotel, breakfast could be made free of charge.

The spacious Club Double room provided a comfortable stay with a very cozy bed, while the complimentary conference lounge was a great touch, offering snacks and beverages in the evenings. The location granted easy access to popular sites, though the internet connection experienced some interruptions throughout my stay. While the breakfast was robust and diverse, with options like laksa, the in-house dining prices felt quite high for the overall experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (gave us info about where to change $usd to Kyat at a better rate) and for an added bonus delivered a delicious birthday cake to our room on my friend's birthday. The pool was basic but a nice place to chill out after a lot of walking and sightseeing in the city. The club in the basement is full of hookers but most of the guests of the hotel did not appear to be sex tourists.

The breakfast is excellent, there is something for everyone, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the concierge. Only the pool area could have had a little more flair.
